Ladybugs: Maid of the Mist

Mimi & Poppa (Jason's parents) came in on Thur. and we went to Niagara Falls and spent the whole day. We rode the Maid of the Mist, which is, by the way not just a little "mist", we were all completely soaked afterwards! It started out a nice sunny boat ride with the girls looking out at the water and the falls from the distance and as we got nearer the falls it turned into more of a rain storm that we were all trying to take cover and get out of! Cami was crying, buckets of water were pouring on our heads and our ponchos that were supposed to keep us dry were blowing from the wind and letting all the water in! After the wind and rain subsided (the boat turned around) we all looked at each other like "why did we do that?", but Skye and especially Bray said they would do it again. They liked the boat ride, didn't mind the rain and since the ponchos were so long on them, their shoes stayed dry too:) Poppa had to ring out his socks and Cami said she'd like to stay on shore next time!
