Skyelar went in early this morning to have a nevus (birthmark) on her back removed. She did great, we were so proud of her! She got to put on her cute hospital pajamas and yellow socks. Then the nurse let her pick out which flavor lip gloss she wanted to paint into the mask that she would have over her mouth and nose as she went to sleep so it would smell yummy! She picked strawberry:) The procedure took about 40 min. and then she went to recovery and we came in to see her. She woke up well and is doing great today, just sore from the incision.
My friend Kelli was working today and she was our nurse.
